How we use AI
Bloom aims to be among the most effective uses of AI in education—measured by learning outcomes and integrity of the record, not by how much of the day is spent conversing with a model.
Our approach does not discard proven methods in favor of “AI school.” AI works with research-backed practice so your child receives better feedback, better sequencing, and less wasted time.
What AI does for your child’s learning

What AI does not do

- Substitute for the structured curriculum and knowledge graph
Decisions that matter most—what is available, when they are ready, when they have mastered something—rest on clear rules and evidence. AI assists. It does not become the gradebook.
Methods first

The Bloom method builds on mastery learning—practice (Learning Units) before high-stakes demonstration (Proficiency Demonstrations, not quiz culture), remediation without dead ends, spaced review, scaffolding, and application (Projects).
